I hereby agree to the collection and use of my personal information as described below for participation in the competition.

1. Purpose of Collection and Use
To receive and process competition applications, verify participants, conduct the evaluation process, provide result notifications, and respond to related inquiries.


2. Items Collected
Personally identifiable information provided in the application form, including name, date of birth, mobile phone number, email address, and affiliation.


3. Retention and Use Period
As a general principle, the collected personal information will be destroyed without delay once the purpose of collection and use has been fulfilled.


4. Provision to Third Parties
Not applicable.


You have the right to refuse consent to the collection and use of personal information. However, if you refuse consent, your application to participate in the competition may be restricted.

Competition Participation Pledge

I hereby confirm that the submitted work is my original creation, and I have fully understood and agree to all of the following terms and conditions for participation in the competition.

1. Return of Award-Winning Works
Award-winning works will not be returned under any circumstances.


2. Incomplete Submission Documents
If any required submission documents are missing or incomplete, the entry may be excluded from evaluation.


3. Original Work and Award History
The submitted work must be the entrant’s original creation and must not have received an award in any other competition. If any prior award history is discovered after submission, the award may be revoked and any prize benefits, including scholarships, may be recovered.


4. Securing Rights to Use Copyrighted Materials
The entrant is solely responsible for securing the lawful rights to use all copyrighted materials included in the submitted work, and any legal responsibility arising in connection therewith shall rest entirely with the entrant.


5. Legal Responsibility for Portrait Rights, Copyright, etc.
The submitted work must be free from any legal issues, including portrait rights and copyright infringement, both at the time of submission and at the time of use as an award-winning work. In the event of any related dispute, the entry may be excluded from evaluation or the award may be revoked, and all civil and criminal liability shall rest with the entrant.


6. Responsibility for the Use of Generative AI
The entrant bears full responsibility for any content created using generative AI, and if any legal issue arises in relation thereto, all responsibility shall rest with the entrant.


7. Permission for Use under the Competition Guidelines
Upon submission, the entrant shall be deemed to have granted permission for the use of the submitted work within the scope of the methods of use, important notes, and conditions set forth in the competition guidelines.


8. Use of Award-Winning Works
Award-winning works may be reproduced and used, either in their original form or as derivative works, for public-interest purposes such as promotion, campaigns, projects, and events, including production, reproduction, and distribution.


9. Submission of Documents Verifying Eligibility
If an entrant selected as a winner is requested by the organizer to submit relevant documents to verify eligibility, the entrant must comply. Failure to do so may result in exclusion from evaluation or revocation of the award.


10. Miscellaneous
Any other matters shall be governed by the Dream Big Art Awards competition guidelines and internal policies.
