Competition Process
You can participate by accessing the “Apply Now” button on the main page or the link provided in the NEWS announcements.
After selecting “Apply,” please complete the form according to the instructions and upload all required documents specified in the guidelines, including the application form, depending on the competition type. The “Submit” button will only be activated once all mandatory documents have been attached. Where applicable, audio files and copyright usage confirmation documents must also be included.
The submission page will be deactivated after the deadline, and entries cannot be submitted outside the official submission period.
The announcement of results will be conducted according to the organizer’s schedule, and the timeline and awards may be subject to change depending on the progress of the competition. Results will be announced through the official website and Instagram, and winners will also be contacted individually. Award recipients must revise or supplement their selected works in accordance with the competition guidelines and submit the original files. The organizer may also request additional format or specification adjustments depending on the exhibition venue and display requirements.

If the same work is resubmitted due to revisions, duplicate submissions, or similar reasons, only the first submitted version will be considered for judging, and any later submissions of the same work will be excluded from evaluation.

You must submit supporting documentation for any third-party copyrighted materials used in your work, including music, images, and fonts. For free resources or AI-generated audio, documents or screenshots that verify the source and usage rights must also be provided.
